Contacts and Quality Manager
SportWorks is growing, and we’re looking for a Contracts and Quality Manager to help us raise the bar across our national SEND, Health and Skills programmes. You’ll own compliance and performance on every contract we hold, build and lead our quality framework, and be the voice of performance to commissioners and our Senior Management Team. SportWorks' Training Academy provides opportunities for paid staff, students and volunteers wanting to improve skills and gain on the job experience within sport and leisure. We are proud that over 70% of our paid staff graduated from the Academy!

For every hour worked or volunteered, our coaches and tutors gain financial credits towards courses and seminars.
