Sales Support Administrator

Sport Works has an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated intern to coordinate the new business appointments, sales pipeline and projects administration functions across both the North East and other regions across the UK.

It is an exciting time to join Sport Works as we celebrate ten years in business and look forward to launching our ambitious three-year growth plan. Operating from ten sites across England, we are proud of the impact our work has on the health and education standards of individuals throughout the country.  The Sales Support Administrator is key to our improvement and growth in coming years.

The Sales Support Administrator role will be responsible for the administration of our new sales function and for developing further new business opportunities.  Working directly with the Commercial Director and Regional Director, the post is key to ensuring we maximise our new business sales opportunities effectively leads to multiple new business.  The role will ensure that Sport Works is able to support increasing numbers of learners/participants each year whilst delivering high standards of customer service.

The priority for the Sales Support Administrator is to source new leads, maintain a sales database, communicate with the potential new clients, to qualify whether there is an appetite to work together and to book meetings for the Commercial Director & Regional Director.  The role is also required to assist with assisting the project delivery teams with all administration duties across a variety of projects.

This role offers the perfect opportunity for an intern to experience a role within a pro-active sports organisation and gain the vital experience that will lead to a full-time career within sports.
