Sport Works has a clear vision – to improve health, education and employment skills by harnessing the power of sport and leisure.
Our work directly addresses youth unemployment, health inequalities and educational attainment in school and is designed to contribute to healthier, more prosperous communities across the UK.
Our model creates a win-win situation: helping individuals to improve mental and physical health naturally improves their ability to gain qualifications, achieve employment and improve their quality of life.
Established in 2009 and awarded Ofsted (2010) and CHAS (2013) kitemarks for quality assurance, Sport Works is an innovative and rapidly expanding training and educational organisation that’s based in the North East but operates throughout the UK.
